Important: Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by courier delays, seasonal volume, or international customs procedures.

3. Shipping Coverage

We ship throughout the United States and to select international locations.

4. Order Tracking

Every shipment includes an email with a tracking number once dispatched.
You may use this number on the carrier’s tracking platform for real-time updates.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

KK Trend Fashion LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We can assist you by providing any documentation you may need.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including tags and packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Non-returnable items:
Clearance products, final sale items, and gift cards.

2. How to Request a Return

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless you received an incorrect or defective item.

3. Refunds

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We will send a replacement or provide a refund at no extra cost.
